Credit card details are required to create a booking made in-salon and over the phone.

If cancellation or the rescheduling of your appointment is necessary, 48 hours’ notice must be given otherwise a 20% deposit for all booked services will be charged to the card on file. If 24 hours’ notice or less is given a 50% deposit will be charged to the card on file. 

For appointments booked with an Irvin Day Hair voucher, the voucher will be void should you fail to give the required 24 hours notice. Your voucher number must be quoted at the time of your booking.
